There is a bird sitting on the hedge in my garden it is about the?

size of a blackbird but has a really small, small head with undermarkings and colour not disimilar to a thrushes though it's back is very black.

However, it looks as the the feathers are really sparse just like a fledglings and I cannot think of any bird that would be a fledgling this time of the year especially on the North East Coast of Scotland. It has been sitting on this hedge for at least and hour preening it's self.

Any ideas please?

What is a VPN?

VPN is (Virtual Private Network) were first used by companies to enable their employees to securely access internal systems such as email remotely (e.g. from home or while on business trips). Today they are increasingly being used for personal use by individuals to protect their privacy while online in public places (e.g. when using the wi-fi connection in a cafe) or in a country where the internet is censored / blocked (e.g. China, Saudi Arabia…).
